Cancellation Policy
Cancellations under 48 hrs incur a 50% loss of income fee. Mobile phones are requested to be turned off during sessions for the relaxation of experience of all visitors. We unfortunately do not have facilities to care for accommodate children under 12 years of age. Children cannot be left unsupervised at this business due to potential risk & hazards. Weddings and Make Up Artist sessions have a NON refundable booking deposit of 50%. Make Up Event tickets are to be paid in full and are NON refundable.
