Embracing Beauty & Community; My Journey in the Redlands

Hello, lovely readers!

 I’m Rachel, the proud owner of House of Beauty Wellington Point, and I’m excited to share a little bit about my journey with you. For the past 20 years, I’ve called the beautiful Redlands home. This area, with its lush parks and friendly faces, has not only been a backdrop for my life but a source of strength and inspiration.

As a single parent navigating the ups and downs of life, I’ve discovered that true beauty lies not just in our appearance, but in the connections, we build and the support we give one another. My three children have grown and are all now older but we still have a bustling household filled with love, laughter, and also two very excitable husky rescue dogs who keep me on my toes!

My journey into beauty therapy began at the age of 16 in New Zealand, where I completed my International and National beauty, physiatrics and aesthetics therapy diploma. It was a challenging yet rewarding experience that laid the foundation for my passion. Over the years, I’ve expanded my skills through various advanced courses and treatments, including collagen induction therapy, which has allowed me to help countless clients achieve their skincare goals.

What I love most about my work is the joy of seeing my clients leave with a smile, feeling empowered and rejuvenated. Each treatment is not just about enhancing beauty; it’s about fostering a sense of community and connection.

I believe that when we feel good about ourselves, we radiate positivity, and that’s something that can uplift those around us. I want my salon to be a space where everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and valued. Whether you’re coming in for a quick beauty treatment or a much-needed escape from your busy life, I strive to create an experience that reflects empathy and care.
